Who we are looking for
For our Quality team, we are looking for an intern who will have the opportunity to assist us in managing the product quality verification and management process, as well as handling customer communications regarding any non-conformity issues.
By the end of the learning process, you will be able to support the quality department because you will have learned how to do it.
Role
In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn the entire product quality control process for standard, customized, and bespoke products, ensuring that orders are executed with products that meet customer requirements and are technically, functionally, and aesthetically compatible.
An integral part of the internship will be learning how to handle customer communication regarding post-sale management if the product is not compliant with the sample.
By the end of your internship, you will have learned:
- The characteristics of cosmetic packaging products
- The characteristics of makeup products
- How to evaluate the aesthetic, functional, and technical features of packaging products
- How to collaborate with colleagues in the quality department and laboratory team
- How to manage formal communication with customers
- What a sales specification is
- How to address problems in business relationships
- How to work as part of a dynamic team
- How to use the commercial management system
Requirements
- Proficiency in both Italian and English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Interest in or knowledge of the cosmetics and packaging industry
- Ability to synthesize information

We are looking for individuals passionate about packaging products for cosmetics, skincare, and pharmaceuticals who are eager to learn a craft.
What we offer
- A 6-month internship with the possibility of permanent employment
- A reimbursement of €800 per month + meal vouchers
Location and working hour
The company is located at Via Mario Pagano 59, Trezzano sul Naviglio.
Working hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm with a one-hour break.
